Demo recreated with Remotion from the real Portal implementation, using fictional records and no production connection. It does not fully reproduce the production Portal’s interface or user experience.

How I built it

The inspection is modeled as structured information rather than a free-form note. Zones, options, and signature requirements can evolve without losing earlier records, and closure prevents progress while a required confirmation is missing.
